Retained pre-paid HR and Employment Law advice and support
This pre-paid, retained HR option provides senior Human Resources expertise at a fraction of the cost of employing an HR professional and will help keep your business safe from costly tribunal claims and enable you to manage your staff fairly and within legal guidelines. Included within this service is the provision of updates on employment law.

This option suits the majority of SME’s as the cost of HR advice and support is spread monthly and you therefore pay much less per hour compared to “pay as you go”. Your pre-paid hours can be used for telephone or email advice or for drafting policies, letters etc. Alternatively, on-site support can be provided (pre-booked), whereby we will not only tell you what is needed, we will actually do much of the work for you.

With this option, you choose the number of HR hours you want (this can be as little as one hour per month) over 6, 12, 18 and 24 months and the hourly rate will depend on the duration and volume of hours purchased. Your preferential hourly rate will be paid by standing order on the 1st day of each month and as a thank you, this rate will remain unchanged (inflation free) for as long as you continue with the service. We can even help you decide how much time you’re likely to need.
