HR Bespoke Solutions is a Midlands based HR consultancy that provides HR advice, HR support and HR solutions to businesses across the UK so that you can focus on your core business.
Our service is tailored to our clients needs so that you get professional, practical, timely and affordable advice and support when you need it. We ensure through understanding your business and its operation that our solutions match your needs and we provide a range of services that go beyond just telling you what to do. With your agreement we actually roll our sleeves up, get involved and do what is necessary.
The support provided is bespoke to your business whether you have internal HR resource or not. Where you have no HR resource, we work with you keeping you informed and transferring knowledge and experience to you and your other key personnel. For those businesses that already have their own HR resource, we offer external support, which can be essential when a “fresh pair of eyes” or “an extra pair of hands” are needed or where the level of expertise is not available in-house.

You have access to telephone, email and face to face (prior booking required) support with the cost of this spread on a monthly basis dependent on the volume of pre-paid hours you have chosen. Included with this service are updates on future Employment Law changes so that your business can plan and be prepared for these. This service is a cheaper option to the pay-as-you-go option detailed below.
Pay-as-you-go HR and Employment Law advice and support
Best suited to businesses that are confident that they will just need to buy the odd few minutes or occasional day of our time.
